Growth Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketer to help Base360.ai reach B2C brands, turning attention into sign‑ups, leads and customers. The role is hands‑on and entrepreneurial, allowing you to own growth channels and experiment quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels end‑to‑end, set strategy, run campaigns and own results.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals and other tactics.
• Design and run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers; scale what works.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Build high‑converting funnels and landing pages and monitor conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and growth priorities.
• Track all metrics, analyse data and communicate clear performance stories.

Required profile

• Fast learner who can quickly acquire new growth skills.
• Highly motivated to become an expert growth marketer.
• AI‑savvy and comfortable using modern productivity tools.
• Scrappy, self‑directed and able to work without detailed instructions.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in data, attribution and insight‑driven action.
