Growth Marketing Associate / Senior Associate

About the role

Higogame is seeking a results‑driven Growth Marketing Associate (or Senior Associate) to own and optimise user‑acquisition campaigns for its mobile games. You will work across major ad platforms, collaborate with creative and product teams, and use data to fuel sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and other mobile ad networks.
• Monitor daily performance, identify trends and gaps, and execute timely optimisation to improve CPI, ROAS and LTV.
• Design and test ad creatives in partnership with the design team, tailoring assets to each market.
• Conduct market, competitor and user research to uncover growth opportunities and emerging gaming trends.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights on key metrics.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product, Data/BI and Operations teams to align strategies and support business goals.
• Manage advertising budgets and pacing across markets, ensuring efficient spend allocation.
• Use Mobile Measurement Partners such as AppsFlyer or Adjust to validate data, troubleshoot tracking and maintain accurate attribution.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, user acquisition or performance marketing, preferably in mobile apps or gaming.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive optimisation.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
