GTM Recruiter – APAC (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive GTM Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Singapore. You will support a rapid hiring surge across the APAC region, partnering with business leaders to attract top talent for Sales, Customer Success, and other Go‑To‑Market functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Go‑To‑Market roles, including Sales and Customer Success.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements across APAC.
• Identify, engage, and attract high‑quality candidates in the region.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring targets.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure efficient process execution.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of recruitment experience in agency or in‑house settings.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, or other Go‑To‑Market roles.
• Exposure to SaaS, technology, or high‑growth business environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Proven ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Singapore recruitment experience and Singapore citizenship or permanent residency are highly preferred.
