Guest Experience Expert – Executive Lounge (i-Job Program)

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Experience Expert to join our Executive Lounge team in Singapore. The role is central to delivering a seamless and memorable stay for both external and internal guests, acting as the primary point of contact throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with guests via email before arrival to personalize their stay and serve as the single point of contact for all inquiries.
• Welcome guests with a warm greeting, use their name, and anticipate their service needs during check‑in, stay, and check‑out.
• Respond promptly and positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests, resolving issues in line with brand standards.
• Provide accurate local area recommendations and promote Marriott Bonvoy enrollment for non‑member guests.
• Update guest preferences in the PMS and GXP platforms to ensure personalized service on future visits.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure coverage and maintain high service standards across the property.
