About the role

The Guest Experience Expert is the front‑line host who creates memorable, personalised moments for guests throughout their stay at a luxury hotel. Working in a dynamic environment, you will be empowered to anticipate needs, resolve requests and showcase the unique offerings of Singapore.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver a wide range of guest‑focused services, from check‑in to check‑out.
  • Process operational tasks and complete daily reports.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues on the spot.
  • Provide local area highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and professional work environment.
  • Perform physical duties such as standing, walking and lifting items up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No prior work experience required.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, company policies and professional appearance.
