Guest Relations Officer – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Guest Relations Officer is the face of our luxury hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. Working closely with the Front Office and Guest Services teams, you will deliver personalized service to VIP and limousine guests, manage express check‑ins, and act as a knowledgeable ambassador for the property.

Key responsibilities

• Report for duty on time, in a clean, smart uniform, and maintain a positive, friendly image.
• Attend daily line‑up with the Front Office team and keep the desk tidy and immaculate.
• Coordinate with the Guest Services Team, Bell Captains, and the Ritz‑Carlton Club concierge to handle luggage, express check‑ins, and limousine arrivals.
• Greet and escort VIP and limousine guests, provide in‑room check‑in, and update showroom key availability.
• Welcome VIP guests attending functions or dining, and provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and events.
• Ensure compliance with hotel rules, safety standards, and confidentiality policies.

Required profile

• Well‑groomed, punctual, and able to maintain a professional appearance.
• Physically able to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all hotel staff.
• Excellent knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and daily events.
• Ability to handle multiple guest requests efficiently and courteously.
