Guest Services Agent – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Singapore EDITION is seeking a Guest Services Agent to deliver seamless front‑desk operations for its discerning guests. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth check‑ins, check‑outs and a memorable stay experience.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, confirm and process guest check‑ins, check‑outs, reservations, cancellations and payment transactions.
• Activate and file room keys, manage wake‑up call requests and relay guest messages to relevant departments.
• Provide accurate information on property amenities, services, operating hours and local attractions.
• Run daily reports, complete cashier and closing reports, and handle cash handling procedures.
• Assist guests with special needs, respond to theft reports and notify loss‑prevention/security as required.
• Maintain emergency contingency lists and follow all company policies, safety and confidentiality standards.

Required profile

• Professional appearance with a clean, courteous demeanor.
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and teamwork.

Required skills

• Clear, professional verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency in using hotel front‑desk software and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Basic cash handling and reconciliation skills.
