Head of Investor Capital & Relations – APAC (Singapore)

About the role

Xsolla is seeking a senior leader to establish and grow its Asia‑Pacific capital franchise. Based in Singapore, you will bridge the region’s deep gaming markets with sophisticated institutional investors, sovereign funds, family offices and capital‑market counterparties.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch the APAC capital franchise, aligning with Xsolla’s global strategic initiatives.
• Originate, structure and execute financing and investment solutions for gaming and interactive‑entertainment clients.
• Develop and manage relationships with sovereign investors, institutional funds, strategics, and family offices across Singapore, Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and the broader region.
• Lead regional analyst support and contribute to the 2027 hiring and coverage plan.
• Travel 40‑50% of the time to meet investors, attend events and represent Xsolla across Southeast Asia, North Asia and Australia.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in capital markets, investor relations or corporate finance, preferably within technology or gaming.
• Strong network of APAC institutional investors and sovereign wealth funds.
• Ability to work independently, influence senior stakeholders and drive a franchise from the ground up.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
