Head of Sales & Operations

About the role

The Head of Sales & Operations will lead Bhima Gold's Singapore business, overseeing sales performance, showroom operations and overall profitability. This senior position is responsible for building the brand’s presence, driving revenue growth and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all retail touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the sales strategy, setting targets by showroom, product category and salesperson.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales results, driving conversion, average transaction value and customer retention.
• Manage day‑to‑day showroom operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, visual merchandising standards and seamless coordination with finance, inventory and security teams.
• Oversee high‑value jewellery inventory, control stock movement, reconcile discrepancies and enforce security procedures.
• Analyse sales trends, product performance and customer preferences to develop corrective action plans.
• Lead business development and marketing execution to expand the customer base and strengthen brand positioning.
• Ensure operational excellence by identifying productivity improvements and implementing new processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales leadership and retail operations management, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data and drive strategic decisions.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering superior service.
