Health Service Manager Internship

About the role

The Health Service Manager Internship provides structured training and hands‑on exposure to clinical operations, patient care management, and compliance with Singapore Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations. Designed for mid‑career individuals, the attachment equips you with supervisory and strategic healthcare management skills within a primary‑care clinic setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, including audiometric exams, medical screenings, vaccinations, and workplace health checks.
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with MOH standards.
• Apply MOH regulations and workplace safety standards; implement infection‑control protocols and conduct compliance audits.
• Lead nursing staff, oversee daily clinic operations, develop clinical protocols, and ensure smooth workflow execution.
• Analyze clinical data, prepare reports for management, and present findings to align services with patient needs and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Prior experience or exposure to healthcare or clinical services.
• Familiarity with MOH regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient data in compliance with Singapore’s PDPA.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience preferred.
