Hospitality Host – Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is pivotal in setting the tone for the guest experience, ensuring each visitor feels welcomed, valued, and eager to return.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests while ensuring a positive first impression.
• Handle reservations and walk‑ins efficiently, optimizing seating arrangements to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Engage with guests after seating, respond to inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain clean, organized, and inviting reception, dining and common areas.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar fast‑paced hospitality role.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn with a positive mindset; training will be provided.
• Good command of English and proficiency in service language.
• Team player with a friendly personality.
• Positive, proactive and highly engaged attitude.
