Household Manager & Personal Assistant (Private Residence)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Household Manager and Personal Assistant to ensure the smooth operation of a private residence in Singapore. The role combines high‑level administrative support for the family with oversight of all household functions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily household operations, coordinating staff such as drivers, housekeepers and nannies.
• Manage family members’ schedules, including school runs, activities, tutoring, and medical appointments.
• Plan and execute multi‑destination travel logistics, handling flights, visas, itineraries and ground transport.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors, contractors, maintenance teams and event planners.
• Handle personal errands and ad‑hoc requests for the principal and family members.
• Track household budgets, expenses and vendor invoicing.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact, exercising discretion and confidentiality on all family matters.
• Anticipate needs and resolve issues before they arise, adapting to last‑minute changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in household management; hotel concierge background is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules and travel arrangements.
• Strong team‑leadership skills with a people‑oriented approach.
• Excellent judgment, prioritisation and the capacity to work independently.
• Impeccable discretion handling sensitive family information.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
