About the role
Our client in the Environmental Services sector is looking for a HR cum Admin Executive to join their dynamic team. The permanent position is based in Tuas with transport provided.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain confidential employee records, including personal and leave data.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
- Check attendance, timesheets and overtime for payroll processing.
- Monitor employee confirmations and performance appraisals.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation, increment and promotion letters.
- Support recruitment activities and liaise with agencies.
- Prepare monthly and ad‑hoc HR reports.
- Coordinate employee training programmes and external providers.
- Assist with company events and staff welfare activities.
Required profile
- Diploma in HR Management or equivalent.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
What we offer
- Salary up to SGD 3,500 per month.
