HR Executive – Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for an HR Executive specialized in recruitment to join our team in Singapore. You will manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, build talent pipelines and support onboarding for new staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Develop and maintain an effective candidate pipeline.
• Identify sourcing channels and implement recruitment strategies using job portals, staff referrals, social media and recruitment vendors.
• Coordinate new‑staff onboarding activities.
• Maintain manpower/headcount reports and provide performance data to the HR Manager.
• Participate in job fairs and career events.
• Review applications, conduct background and reference checks.
• Prepare and update job classifications and salary scales.
• Handle ad‑hoc recruitment and administrative duties.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Meticulous, team‑oriented and familiar with Singapore labour legislation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
