HR Generalist – Singapore

About the role

Energizer Holdings is seeking an HR Generalist to support its Singapore operations. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end payroll, benefits administration, leave management and employee relations, ensuring compliance with local regulations while delivering a high‑quality employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process payroll in collaboration with HR Shared Services, adhering to Singapore legislative standards.
• Administer the time‑attendance system and manage accurate tracking of employee hours.
• Handle leaver settlements, tax clearance for departing foreign staff, and work‑pass management.
• Oversee leave and benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
• Respond promptly to employee and manager queries on payroll, leave, and benefits.
• Identify and implement process improvements for HR operations and payroll.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and statutory submissions.
• Plan and execute engagement and wellness initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and payroll regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
