About the role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch as an HR Intern. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across various Human Resources functions while working closely with experienced HR professionals in a global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, documentation, and communications for internal stakeholders.
• Support the development and maintenance of HR dashboards and reports to enable data‑driven decision‑making and workforce insights.
• Contribute to HR process improvement, digitalisation, and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
• Participate in HR projects, process reviews, and continuous‑improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Provide support for other HR activities, initiatives, and ad‑hoc projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
