HR Manager – Singapore

About the role

Join an established international maritime organisation as the HR Manager for its Singapore operation and group companies. You will own a broad HR portfolio covering the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to off‑boarding, while partnering with internal stakeholders and overseas HR teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee integration.
• Manage compensation, benefits, performance management and learning & development programmes.
• Develop, maintain and enforce HR policies across the group.
• Coordinate payroll processes and ensure accurate payroll administration.
• Administer the HR Information System (HRIS) and maintain employee data integrity.
• Provide leadership to the local HR team and oversee HR activities across multiple entities.
• Collaborate closely with internal business units and overseas HR counterparts.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Manager handling the full spectrum of HR functions.
• Experience supervising HR staff and overseeing HR activities across several companies or overseas offices.
• Background in a multinational environment is preferred; maritime sector experience is highly desired.
• Current residence in Singapore (relocation support not available).
