HR Talent Acquisition Intern – Learn Recruitment from Scratch

About the role
This internship offers a hands‑on introduction to talent acquisition within a dynamic recruitment firm. You will work closely with senior recruiters, receive one‑to‑one coaching, and experience a fun, supportive team culture while developing core HR skills.
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for various roles.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess fit.
- Post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
- Perform general administrative duties related to recruitment.
- Assist with ad‑hoc HR projects as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level, Diploma, or Degree qualification in any discipline.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and talent acquisition.
