Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the full spectrum of HR functions for CIP Terminal Operations, partnering with business leaders to design and execute strategies that drive operational excellence, workforce productivity, and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and align HR strategies with business objectives, providing strategic advice to department heads.
• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession pipelines for operational and support roles.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and wellness programs.
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and recognition initiatives.
• Design and deliver learning and development programs, evaluate training ROI, and support career progression.
• Administer compensation and benefits, conduct salary reviews, and ensure internal equity.
• Supervise monthly payroll processing and monitor HR budgets for cost‑effective solutions.

• Strong partnership skills with senior management to influence business outcomes.
