Human Resources Manager – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives in Singapore, aligning workforce strategies with business objectives. The role involves designing and implementing organizational effectiveness interventions and supporting leadership development.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an organizational leader and internal consultant, developing and implementing employment processes and programs.
• Evaluate HR initiatives and design interventions that support company values, succession planning, and performance management.
• Provide coaching to executives, facilitate team‑building workshops, and lead change‑management efforts.
• Develop competency models, leadership development programs, and oversee diversity and affirmative action initiatives.
• Partner with line management to ensure cultural alignment and may require occasional travel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, with proven ability to manage recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Experience in coaching, succession planning, and organizational development.
