Human Resources Specialist

About the role

MEXC, a global cryptocurrency exchange, is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to support its China business units. You will manage HR data, employee lifecycle processes, and insurance programs for a large, multi‑entity workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and maintain full‑range workforce HR data in the HRIS, ensuring secure archiving of employee records.
• Provide end‑to‑end HR operational support for all China departments, including onboarding, contract renewal, transfers, and off‑boarding.
• Serve as primary contact with insurance providers, handling group medical, accident, travel, and welfare insurance, including renewal negotiations and claim coordination.
• Participate in business‑oriented HR projects, conduct demand research, and coordinate cross‑department resources to roll out initiatives for multi‑site, cross‑border teams.
• Perform ad‑hoc data analysis, audit support, and other assignments as directed by HR leadership.

Required profile

• Fluent business Mandarin and English, able to communicate independently with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication, cross‑team coordination, and problem‑solving abilities within a matrixed global organization.
• Prior experience supporting at least a 2,000‑employee base in a multinational environment, preferably in a large‑scale internet or listed company.
