IC Design Lead – Analog & Mixed‑Signal

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IC Design Lead to head our analog and mixed‑signal semiconductor team in Singapore. The role combines hands‑on technical work with people leadership, guiding projects from specification through design, verification and tape‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Define chip specifications and drive the team to meet design and tape‑out milestones.
• Oversee circuit design, simulation and verification to ensure performance and quality targets.
• Develop project plans, allocate engineering resources and monitor progress.
• Lead technical reviews, resolve complex design challenges and optimise circuit performance.
• Collaborate closely with layout and test engineers to support implementation and validation.
• Maintain complete design documentation, including schematics, layout files and test reports.
• Mentor, manage and develop team members, fostering cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Microelectronics, Integrated Circuit Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of IC design experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of CMOS processes, analog circuit fundamentals and the analog IC design flow.
• Proven track record of leading chip specification, design, verification and tape‑out activities.
