ICT Executive

About the role

The ICT Executive will manage school ICT devices, provide technical support, assist staff with ICT tasks, and support audio‑visual needs for school events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide management of ICT devices, equipment, peripherals and gadgets.
• Deliver technical and applications support for users.
• Maintain and handle school‑shared ICT devices and set them up in requested rooms.
• Assist school leaders, management and teachers with ICT‑related tasks.
• Support and collaborate with Desktop Engineers deployed in schools.
• Set up audio‑visual equipment for school events such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Graduation Night, etc.
• Assist in audio and video production and editing for school programmes.
• Provide technical support for non‑SSOE devices and Applied Learning Programme (ALP) robotics equipment.
• Conduct digital‑literacy and technological‑skills lessons covering Microsoft and Google applications.

Required profile

• Diploma in any field.
• Experience as an ICT Executive or equivalent role in a local school.
• MOE registration.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office applications.
• Google Workspace.
• Audio‑visual (AV) setup and production.
• Audio/video production and video‑editing software.
• Inventory tracking of ICT equipment.
• Troubleshooting and technical support of ICT devices.
