Incoming Quality Control Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Engineer to ensure the highest quality of all incoming materials, including high‑bandwidth memory (HBM) components. You will work closely with local and global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and support our quality systems.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain consistent quality for all incoming materials and enhance IQC business processes.
• Qualify and implement new IQC tools and develop detailed procedures.
• Set up and maintain SAP QM for incoming material tracking.
• Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) monitoring and reaction mechanisms.
• Manage material disposition through the incoming material MRB (iMRB).
• Support First Article Inspection activities for new parts.
• Collaborate with global suppliers and internal teams on supplier quality management.
• Participate in on‑site supplier audits as required.
• Integrate AI‑assisted tools to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Material, Electrical, Electronic engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration across all organizational levels.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Experience or internship in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and impact are highly desirable.
• Interest in semiconductor technology and familiarity with Micron products.
