Indoor Sales Executive (Shipping / Logistics / Freight Forwarding)

About the role
We are looking for an Indoor Sales Executive to drive sales in the shipping, logistics and freight forwarding sector. The role involves handling enquiries, preparing quotations and building long‑term customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to sales enquiries and generate/ present quotations.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and external customers.
- Develop and introduce sales strategies and marketing plans.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and foster long‑term relationships.
- Conduct cold‑calls to prospective clients to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare month‑end sales reports.
Required profile
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
- 1‑2 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
Required skills

- Basic salary SGD 3,000‑3,500 per month plus variable bonus.

- Monday‑Friday schedule, 8:45 am – 6:00 pm.
