Industrial Cleaner – Full‑Time

About the role

LHYK Marine is seeking a diligent Cleaner to maintain a safe and tidy environment across its Jurong Island facilities. This full‑time position is ideal for fresh‑entry candidates who are ready to work on‑site and follow clear cleaning procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop and clear rubbish from surrounding premises, compound, car parks and tanker parking areas.
• Clean the main entrance lobby, staircase and glass panels daily.
• Collect and dispose of waste, ensuring rubbish points remain clean.
• Maintain male and female toilets – wash basins, urinals, cubicles, mirrors and replenish consumables.
• Cut grass, trim weeds and remove dried leaves from landscaped areas.
• Clean drains using high‑pressure water jets to prevent blockages.
• Assist with scheduled tanker washing and rooftop cleaning.
• Sweep warehouse floors and clear work‑area debris where applicable.
• Report any defects, leaks or safety hazards to the Facilities/Safety department.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and personal protective equipment, and store tools properly after use.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level candidate with a strong focus on safety and cleanliness.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Work‑at‑height certification is preferred.
• Willingness to work a 5.5‑day week on‑site at Pandan Road.

Required skills

• Work‑at‑height certification (preferred).
