Industrial & Logistics Services Manager – Associate Director

About the role

Colliers is seeking an experienced Industrial & Logistics Broker to join its Industrial Services team in Singapore. The role will work closely with internal and external clients to accelerate team growth, manage relationships, identify opportunities, and close transactions efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Represent clients in leasing and/or sale of industrial and logistics properties across Singapore.
• Increase revenue through prospecting industrial occupiers and sourcing new business leads.
• Identify business development activities for existing and new clients via direct contact and industry platforms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and developers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to spot trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Prepare and present proposals, marketing materials, and financial analyses to clients.
• Manage transaction coordination with internal and external parties to complete property deals.
• Stay up‑to‑date on market conditions, zoning regulations, and property values.
• Provide high‑quality pre‑sale and post‑sale services to clients.
• Support the Department Head on strategic business initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years experience in property sales and leasing, especially in the industrial sector.
• Valid CEA License.
• Highly motivated with a proven track record of successful transactions in industrial and logistics real estate.
• Strong network of industry contacts and solid market intelligence.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, able to work independently or as part of a team.
