Information Security Analyst (CSOC)

About the role

The Information Security Analyst (CSOC) joins a 24x7 cyber security operations team in Singapore. You will be the first line of defence, handling tier‑1 and tier‑2 triage, investigation and response to security incidents that affect the bank’s operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform real‑time analysis of cyber incidents, including malware, phishing and web attacks.
• Tri­age, remediate or escalate incidents to the Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) as needed.
• Manage incident intake through the internal ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
• Support event‑log monitoring and analysis for internal customers.
• Participate in rotating shift schedules (7 am‑3 pm, 12 pm‑8 pm or 7 am‑7 pm) to provide continuous on‑site monitoring.
• Coordinate information flow between CSOC, CSIRT, ITS and business units.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in information security operations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of security controls, threat assessment and risk techniques.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized, self‑directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional judgment, discretion and the ability to interact with senior managers and VIPs.
