Information System Executive – Hotel IT Support

About the role

Join the hospitality team at Conrad Singapore Orchard as an Information System Executive, providing day‑to‑day IT support for hotel operations and guest services. You will ensure the reliability of critical systems, minimise downtime, and contribute to memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 support for internal hotel IT systems, users and guests, handling incidents promptly.
• Maintain and troubleshoot POS, Property Management System (PMS), HR, payroll, accounting, inventory, IPTV and PABX platforms.
• Record all incidents, escalate complex issues, and communicate with the Duty Manager and Sales & Catering teams.
• Identify current and future system needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Conduct user training sessions and coordinate training schedules with department heads.
• Perform regular system maintenance, daily backups and off‑site backup procedures.
• Assist the Cluster Information System Manager in enforcing IS policies and procedures.
• Adhere to hotel safety, emergency and security protocols.

Required profile

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco or Microsoft are advantageous.
• Strong commitment to hospitality values: integrity, teamwork, leadership and ownership.
