Information Technology Analyst – IT/OT Applications (Contract)

About the role

The Information Technology Analyst will lead the design, deployment and hand‑over of IT/OT infrastructure for new facilities across Singapore and the region. This contract position requires strong coordination between internal teams, global vendors and on‑site engineers, with a focus on security‑by‑design.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate network, local hosting, cloud hosting (AWS), AV and cybersecurity implementation with internal and external technical resources.
• Provide on‑site hands‑and‑eyes support for remote technical teams accessing IT infrastructure devices.
• Execute hosting provisioning (VMs, database, storage, backup) for IT and OT applications following change‑management processes.
• Own project plans, budgets, forecasts, risks and status reporting for facility‑scale projects (typical range $100k–$1m, team up to ~12).
• Manage supplier/vendor delivery and contract adherence for small‑to‑medium infrastructure contracts.
• Interface with security/compliance requirements during build‑out – audit readiness, change control and risk documentation.
• Run stakeholder and steering‑committee communications; escalate and resolve cross‑team issues.
• Support transition of the completed environment into ongoing support/maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT infrastructure project coordination or delivery experience, including new‑site or facility build‑outs.
• Hands‑on experience configuring and troubleshooting network, server hosting, storage/backup and cloud (preferably AWS).
• Direct exposure to cybersecurity/compliance frameworks such as ISO27001, PCI DSS, NIST.
• Experience coordinating overseas multi‑party delivery with internal teams, global vendors/ISPs and site‑level engineers.
• Comfortable owning budget, RACI, and risk/issue tracking for projects of this scale.
• Manufacturing, pharma or regulated‑industry experience is a strong plus.
• Formal security certification (e.g., CISSP, CISP‑PTE).
• Business‑level Mandarin speaking for daily communication with engineers and vendors in China and Hong Kong.
