Information Technology Project Manager

About the role

iZeno is seeking an Information Technology Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent IT projects, manage customer expectations, and coordinate technical teams across engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent IT projects, project sprints and deliverables.
• Manage customer expectations, communications and project escalations.
• Coordinate consultants and technical teams across project engagements.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks and billing milestones.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports and customer sign‑offs.
• Use Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate UAT, acceptance testing and project closure.

Required profile

• Proven IT Project Management experience.
• PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification (mandatory).
• Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience in a System Integrator, IT consulting or technology services environment (preferred).
• Strong enterprise client‑facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Good understanding of software development and enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong project governance, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence (preferred) and exposure to Cloud, Data/AI, DevOps, ITSM projects (advantageous).
