Information Technology Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Information Technology Support Engineer to serve as the primary Singapore‑based point of contact for IT support. The role involves handling incidents, service requests and providing hands‑on assistance across Windows and macOS environments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT support contact, managing incidents and service requests via email, chat, phone or face‑to‑face.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network connectivity and printing issues on Windows and macOS.
• Coordinate user onboarding and offboarding, provisioning accounts and configuring laptops.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) accounts, including password resets and MFA enrollment.
• Perform Salesforce user administration and first‑line application support.
• Maintain inventory, lifecycle and documentation of laptops, monitors, peripherals and mobile devices.
• Support meeting‑room AV equipment and office network infrastructure.
• Monitor Azure and endpoint‑management alerts, handling routine incidents and escalating complex cases.
• Manage endpoint patching and software deployment to keep devices compliant with security baselines.
• Prepare and maintain IT audit evidence, user access reviews and related documentation.
