Information Technology Support Specialist

About the role

The Information Technology Support Specialist provides first‑ and second‑level technical assistance for security camera and video surveillance solutions. The role combines hands‑on troubleshooting with customer communication to ensure reliable operation of CCTV, NVR/DVR and related infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver L1/L2 support for security camera systems, NVRs, DVRs and associated hardware via email, phone and hotline.
• Escalate complex issues to L3 engineers when necessary.
• Maintain internal IT infrastructure and assist customers with on‑site and remote environments.
• Diagnose connectivity, RTSP streaming, camera tunneling and video‑analytics problems.
• Configure and support surveillance hardware, networking components and server specifications.
• Perform monthly preventive maintenance on customer installations and produce detailed service reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, technical support or surveillance systems.
• Experience with enterprise‑grade security camera solutions is a plus.
• Singapore‑based candidates preferred for periodic onsite maintenance.
