Infrastructure Support Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an Infrastructure Support Analyst on a contract basis to manage and optimise our cloud‑based Windows and Linux server environment in Singapore. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, performance and security of business‑critical systems while supporting ongoing IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor cloud‑hosted Windows and Red Hat Linux servers, ensuring uptime and compliance.
• Handle incident management, service recovery and escalation processes.
• Perform capacity planning, system upgrades, backup and disaster‑recovery activities.
• Conduct security reviews, audits and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to govern IT operations and service levels.
• Support infrastructure projects, technology evaluations and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure support and maintenance.
• At least 3 years managing Microsoft Windows and/or Red Hat Linux servers in a cloud environment.
• Strong knowledge of server, database, network and cybersecurity best practices.
