Infrastructure System Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Infrastructure System Engineer to join our Regional Information Technology division. You will support our Singapore data centre, disaster‑recovery site and 13 AMAP branches while helping transition from an MSP‑managed model to an in‑house operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for infrastructure and applications across the region.
• Administer Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure and SQL environments at scale.
• Manage identity platforms including Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and Keycloak.
• Operate CyberArk PAM for account onboarding and access audits.
• Develop PowerShell, Bash or Python scripts to automate provisioning and health‑check tasks.
• Oversee endpoint patching, compliance and MDM using Microsoft Intune, IBM MaaS360 and Autopilot.
• Lead knowledge‑transfer sessions and create hand‑over documentation for the MSP transition.
• Support the Singapore helpdesk and resolve day‑to‑day operational issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Typically 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration with proven Level 2/3 capability.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and healthcare compliance standards.

Required skills

• Windows Server and Linux administration.

• CyberArk Privileged Access Management.
• PowerShell scripting; Bash or Python.
• Networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, firewall rules.
