Intermediate Business Analyst – Finance & Trading Systems

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support our market‑finance front‑office systems in Singapore. The role involves analysing business requirements, designing processes, and ensuring seamless integration across the PRICE ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and facilitate business workshops to collect and analyse requirements.
• Draft comprehensive functional specification documents with clear acceptance criteria.
• Analyse existing processes, define target processes and identify transformation opportunities.
• Identify golden data sources, specify data mappings and document data lineage.
• Map application flows, assess integration impacts and coordinate with technical teams.
• Maintain regular contact with developers, act as liaison between business users and technical teams, and provide L3 functional support.
• Define testing strategy, contribute BDD scenarios, conduct integration and UAT sessions.
• Participate in production start‑up, deliver user training and ensure post‑deployment validation.
• Build functional knowledge within the team, provide onboarding and maintain documentation for the PRICE application.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst in market finance, especially front‑office sales systems.
• Master’s degree in IT, finance or a related discipline.
• Strong appetite to learn both functional and technical domains.
• Willingness to provide L3 support when required.
