Intermediate Software Developer (.NET/Banking Apps)

About the role

We are looking for an Intermediate .NET Software Developer to join our Capital Markets IT team in Singapore. You will help design, build, and maintain high‑quality applications that support trading and risk management systems, working in an Agile environment alongside cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop new software applications and network utilities.
• Analyse user requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Update, enhance, and maintain existing software components.
• Perform software testing, validation, and automated unit tests.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate systems and define performance specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable code following project guidelines and coding standards.
• Conduct peer code reviews and manage version control.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and task estimation.
• Implement non‑functional requirements such as performance, security, and reliability.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team.
