Intern, APAC Data Analytics (Subscriber Analytics)

About the role

The Subscriber Data Analytics Intern supports the analytics teams behind user growth initiatives and helps monitor and optimise the performance of programmes, channels and communications to drive strategic and tactical decisions. The role delivers analytical insights to Finance, Strategy and Commerce stakeholder teams across APAC and is based in the Singapore office, covering APAC markets. It is an office-based, full-time internship from January to June 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives in the APAC region
• Use SQL to generate ad hoc reports for stakeholders across APAC
• Assist full-cycle projects on data acquisition, cleaning, analysis and visualisation
• Generate ad hoc reports supporting operations and business development teams
• Work with several large and complex data warehouses
• Understand subscriber behaviour and help launch marketing and user acquisition and retention programmes
• Produce data-driven insights to help APAC strategy stakeholders plan regional growth
• Identify opportunities to automate existing dashboards and reports
• Assist in developing new and maintaining current data pipelines

Required profile

• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science or a related field
• Not yet graduated during the internship period
• Available for full-time, on-site work Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, between January and June 2027
• Ability to indicate start and end dates and expected graduation date in the resume

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python, SQL and Excel
• Some experience with Tableau or other visualisation tools
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
