Intern - Commercial Technology (APAC)

About the role

Haleon is looking for an intern within APAC Commercial Technology to support regional commercial technology initiatives. The intern works on Commercial Transformation projects, owns a defined work area or deliverable and works under the guidance of the APAC Digital & Technology team, led by a Senior OU Tech Partner. The preferred period is January to June/July 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Support APAC Commercial Technology projects through planning, coordination, progress tracking and follow-up of actions and deliverables.
• Collect, clean, organise and consolidate business, market, project or operational data from multiple stakeholders and sources.
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative information, summarise findings and make recommendations.
• Prepare presentations, reports, trackers and dashboards for project reviews and stakeholder discussions.
• Present analysis, progress updates and recommendations to stakeholders with the project lead's guidance.
• Coordinate with APAC markets, commercial teams and external agencies or vendors to gather inputs and clarify requirements.
• Document meeting outcomes, decisions, risks, dependencies and next steps, and follow up with owners.
• Carry out market, consumer, industry, process or technology research to support project decisions.
• Maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories, and take ownership of an assigned work area.

Required profile

• Student currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
• Basic understanding of project management principles and willingness to support detailed execution tasks.
• Ability to collect, organise, analyse and summarise information accurately and clearly.
• Experience with data visualisation or reporting tools is preferred; familiarity with Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organisation, attention to detail and comfort working with stakeholders across APAC markets.
