Intern, Lifecycle & Retention (Growth Marketing)

About the role

The Lifecycle & Retention Intern is part of the Lifecycle and Retention team within Disney+'s APAC Growth Marketing function. The intern supports the team in driving customer engagement and retention by helping develop, set up and optimise campaigns that support the key KPIs of acquisition, engagement, retention and customer lifetime value. The role covers Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and Hong Kong and is based in the Singapore office.

Key responsibilities

• Campaign execution and planning: partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and run marketing campaigns across email, push and in-app channels, contribute to the marketing calendar and coordinate with creative teams on campaign assets.
• Testing, analysis and optimisation: design test-and-learn scenarios, analyse campaign performance and work with the Lifecycle team to find opportunities that improve key business metrics.
• Strategy and innovation: champion new approaches to customer engagement and retention, support regional lifecycle leads on the ideation, rollout and maintenance of automated campaigns, and bring fresh ideas to new concepts.

Required profile

• Undergraduate currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Communications, Media, Business or a related field.
• Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period.
• Available for a full-time internship Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, between January and June 2027, including on-site work throughout the period.
• Expected graduation date and internship dates should be stated in the resume.

Required skills

• Fluent English, with strong writing and speaking ability (Mandarin is a plus).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing and subscription business is a plus.
