Intern, Partnerships & Synergy Marketing (Jan-Jun 2027)

About the role

Disney Cruise Line is offering a full-time, office-based internship in its Singapore office, running from January to June 2027. The internship covers the two core areas of the Partnerships & Synergy Marketing function: external strategic partnerships and internal Disney synergy. It gives hands-on exposure to regional marketing campaigns and activations across Asia, working with external partners, Disney business units and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Consumer marketing activations: support the planning, project management and execution of DCL consumer campaigns and activations, and help plan social, digital and on-ground amplification.
• Partnerships: support joint marketing campaigns with external partners such as financial institutions, airlines, aviation partners, malls and consumer brands, maintain campaign calendars and timelines, and assist with performance analysis and reporting.
• Synergy marketing: collaborate with APAC Disney businesses (Studios, Disney+, Consumer Products, Parks, Disney Theatrical Group) to develop integrated marketing opportunities and synergy campaigns.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Merchandise, Sales) to move campaigns from ideation through launch and reporting, and support guest experiences onboard the Disney Adventure.

Required profile

• Undergraduate currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
• Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period.
• Available for full-time, on-site work Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, between January and June 2027.
• Interest in advertising, promotions and/or digital marketing is a plus; knowledge of Disney, Pixar and Marvel is also welcomed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office; Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to prioritise competing deadlines, work independently and communicate effectively in cross-functional teams.
