Internal Audit Senior Manager - Technology

About the role

We are seeking an Internal Audit Senior Manager to lead our technology risk portfolio globally. Based in Singapore, you will coordinate internal audit activities, work with regional teams and external partners, and drive improvements in governance, risk management and controls.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and operation of the internal audit assurance framework, including continuous monitoring and automated audit routines.
• Develop the annual IT audit plan, define the audit universe, conduct risk assessments and budgeting, leveraging data and automation.
• Execute audit engagements according to the plan, delivering timely outcomes using analytics and data‑driven techniques.
• Build and mentor a self‑sufficient IT internal audit team.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and measure effectiveness of improvements.
• Prepare and present information for internal and external reporting as needed.
• Foster strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in technology‑related risk, control or assurance, preferably on cloud platforms.
• Background in technology, fintech or broader financial services.
• Proven ability to plan, staff, deliver and report on complex audit engagements.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven audit techniques.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to meet objectives.
