International Digital Marketing Manager (Singapore)

About the role

The Manager, Digital Marketing (International) is a key member of the Digital Center of Excellence within Domino's Pizza International, based in Singapore. The role advises strategic international markets on digital marketing and eCommerce strategy, shares best practices, identifies ways to improve digital effectiveness and drives digital business growth. It works with regional leadership, country teams, franchise partners and international marketing and digital leaders, and partners with the International Technology and Global Online Ordering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Advise international markets on paid media, CRM, loyalty, eCommerce, digital analytics, measurement, customer experience and emerging digital capabilities to drive digital sales and improve customer experience.
• Manage a portfolio of priority markets, understand their business and digital capabilities, and develop recommendations and workstreams aligned with market and regional priorities.
• Build relationships with in-country management, marketing and digital teams, franchise partners, Regional Vice Presidents, International Marketing and Brand teams.
• Identify capability gaps and create consultation, training, tools, playbooks, frameworks and case studies to strengthen digital marketing across the organization.
• Support the Digital Council and bi-monthly CMO discussions with agendas, content, case studies and insights, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Monitor digital marketing, eCommerce, CRM, media, measurement and customer experience trends and turn them into actionable guidance.
• Partner with the Global Online Ordering Technology team to gather market feedback, inform roadmap priorities, support digital performance reporting and develop onboarding and launch training materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related field; advanced degree preferred but not required.
• 7+ years of marketing experience, with significant digital marketing, eCommerce, CRM, media or related experience.
• Experience across multiple digital disciplines, preferably including paid media, CRM, loyalty, eCommerce, digital analytics or conversion optimization.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems, customer journeys, UX/UI principles and digital performance optimization.
• Experience with digital analytics and measurement platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Ability to influence and drive progress in a matrixed environment, with strong communication, presentation and project management skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel 25-40%; international or multi-market experience preferred.
