International Growth Practice - Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager to join its International Growth Practice, a global team that helps organisations expand across borders and build resilient supply‑chain and talent strategies. The role will focus on delivering strategic advice to clients in sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing, automotive, consumer goods, and media & technology.

Key responsibilities

• Develop market expansion strategies, including market, consumer and competitor assessments.
• Design entry scenarios, channel strategies, operating models and partner selection.
• Conduct global and regional site selection for new headquarters, R&D centres, and production facilities.
• Perform talent assessments to evaluate workforce availability for growth plans.
• Realign supplier portfolios to support rebalanced supply‑chain structures.
• Produce strategic points of view on international trade and growth opportunities.
• Lead client workshops and senior‑level discussions to shape and implement growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in at least one of the following sectors: healthcare & pharmaceuticals, industrial manufacturing, automotive, consumer goods, media & technology, or people & organisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for senior‑level client engagement.
