Internship – PSE Metrology (Semiconductor)

About the role

This internship provides hands‑on exposure to semiconductor manufacturing and the critical role of Critical Dimension Scanning Electron Microscope (CDSEM) metrology in process control.

Key responsibilities

• Learn semiconductor wafer fabrication flow and how metrology supports process control.
• Set up, optimize, and execute CDSEM recipes and statistical process monitoring.
• Assist in tool‑to‑tool matching to improve measurement consistency across platforms.

Required profile

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Electronics, Semiconductor Technology or related field.
• Strong interest in semiconductor manufacturing, metrology and data analysis.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel
• PowerPoint
• Python (or similar data analysis tools)
• JMP or Minitab
• Understanding of SEM/CDSEM technology and SPC concepts
