Investment Banking Analyst

About the role

As an Analyst in our talented Investment Banking team, you will play a critical role in executing transactions and providing financial advisory services for clients across Asia. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high‑profile deals, develop key relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth and success of our investment banking practice in Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Work on projects alongside bankers in specific industry, product and country coverage groups.
• Conduct in‑depth financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction execution.
• Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings.
• Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation.
• Conduct comprehensive company and industry research.
• Participate in due diligence sessions and communications with deal team members.
• Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial transactions.
• Assist the team in delivering solutions to clients leveraging the full spectrum of the bank's capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields (candidates with less than one year of relevant experience will not be considered).
• Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
