IT Governance & Controls Associate

About the role

Join PwC’s Firmwide Corporate Services team as an IT Governance & Controls Associate. You will help develop, implement and maintain IT governance frameworks, ensuring that PwC’s technology environment complies with internal policies and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, reviewing and enforcing IT governance policies, procedures and frameworks.
• Support the identification, assessment and mitigation of IT‑related risks across the organization.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of IT controls and risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve the IT control environment.
• Provide support for internal audits and regulatory assessments, ensuring compliance of IT processes.
• Compile and prepare audit submission documentation for internal and external audits and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Associate‑level professional with a strong interest in IT governance and risk management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
