IT Infrastructure Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our Singapore office and ensure the reliability and performance of our core network and wireless environments across three sites. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain and enhance our infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, upgrade firmware, and troubleshoot Cisco core and access switches (VLAN routing, trunking, STP, port security).
• Manage and optimise Aruba wireless networks, including access points and controllers, to provide robust Wi‑Fi coverage.
• Monitor site‑to‑site traffic, bandwidth usage, and latency across the core infrastructure.
• Administer AWS native firewall rules and security groups.
• Maintain on‑premises Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, policy management, UTM features, and IPsec VPN tunnels to AWS.
• Provide Tier‑2/3 support for Windows and macOS endpoints, laptops, network printers, copiers, and handheld RF scanners.
• Ensure stable wireless connectivity and roaming performance for RF scanners and mobile devices on the Aruba network.
• Document technical details such as Cisco topology maps, firewall rule bases, IP allocations, and asset inventories.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure and network administration in a multi‑site corporate environment.
• Proven experience managing enterprise firewalls, routers, switches, DNS, proxy servers, bandwidth management, and IPS/IDS.
• Project management experience for hardware implementations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
