IT Project Manager – Healthcare Technology

About the role

Fullerton Health Technology is seeking an experienced Information Technology Project Manager to lead local and regional healthcare technology projects. You will work within the Project Management Office and collaborate with the Product Team to align project road‑maps with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project implementation, including timeline, budget and resources.
• Work closely with the Regional Product Team to define product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead Agile ceremonies with business and technical teams across locations.
• Coordinate external and internal stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
• Design solutions to address identified gaps and meet business needs.
• Oversee vendor performance to ensure delivery timelines and SLA compliance.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in medium to large‑scale product launches.
• Proven stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with JIRA for Agile project tracking.
• Experience using Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Agile methodologies.
