IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Supporter to join Satair’s IT team. The role will involve handling major incidents, supporting local and global IT requests, and ensuring a stable and secure PC environment for all colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate Major Incidents, keeping internal and external stakeholders informed.
• Handle IT incidents and service requests, from troubleshooting to resolution.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network and peripheral devices.
• Manage equipment RFQs, procurement, asset registers and inventory.
• Maintain PC security, including virus checks, disk encryption and access control.
• Support IAM activities and ensure proper license compliance.
• Monitor automated jobs, hardware interfaces and external connections.
• Deliver user training on IT tools and create knowledge articles.
• Participate in regional IT activities, 24/7 support and IT projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least one year of IT support experience.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Broad understanding of IT hardware, software, networking and communications.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, global environment.
